The Mercantile Hotel

It was spotless and small place, had great staff and location.

Every detail there was very good, including staff and location. Got Wheelchair Accessible room, as expected. I had an exceptionally comfortable bed, and an individual safe, multi-channel television and a writing table. Perfect overall experience.

Didn't like the area, it was really loud.

All terrific: location and staff. The bedrooms were comfy. It was decent and had comfy beds. Smoke-free hotel set in the interesting area. It was nice to have snacks in the lobby.

Overall an unforgettable stay, good value. We stayed 1 night and appreciated the prime location. Located near restaurants and bars. Lovely little hotel, freshly decorated room, nice bed. Service was great as we had expected.

We loved all the hotel offered: perfect beds and ENTHUSIASTIC staff. Business location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a national cathedral.

Absolutely fabulous place, suits us fine. Top location to an award-winning museum. There's large downstairs bar with hot beverages...

Historic building, cheery personnel, well airconditioned rooms. They provided lots of fantastic choices for breakfast that was included. Rooms with 2 single beds and the heater, as for instance.

It was as expected, had an excellent stay. All good - I liked my stay - food was superb and my bed was super. The staff was beautiful and were eager to help with every need.

I appreciated staying here, as well as hotel's location and staff. Extremely clean building, perfectly clean and nice bedroom. I had a luxurious time, good value.

perfect location, fast check-in and outstanding staff. we liked the lobby bar. very fancy and very fancy room, with wooden furniture. the staff did all they can for a relaxing stay. impeccable service at all times too.

In a cosy position with a particularly good harbour view. The breakfast had plenty of cheap options, and was reasonable. Hotel nice customer service. Not to mention very good wifi...

Very clean and well-kept place. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like The Rustic Stone that was only 5 minutes' walk away: )

City view was a bonus. Clean en suite bathroom. The staff was friendly - we will definitely visit place for next time.

Rooms were good sized. Ideal location. Such main attractions as christchurch cathedral were close to this hotel

The hotel had an excellent location. We were near some of our favorite spots such as trinity college dublin.
